Membership Criteria

Membership in Mitchell’s Partners Circle for 2022 is by invitation only and is determined based upon qualifying factors. Qualification may include, but is not limited to, $500,000 or greater in purchases between January 1 – December 31 of the prior year and will be calculated by January 15th. You will be notified of your membership at the point of eligibility within the year.

The Annual Partners Circle Trip is an adult vacation for four-five nights at a destination to be determined by Mitchell Lewis & Staver Co. The trip includes airfare, accommodations, and up to three meals per day based on program participation. Inclusion is determined by your membership eligibility on January 15th based upon prior 12-month purchases. Trip dates and location will be posted at least 120 days prior to the event. Cancellation after acceptance of the trip may incur a cancellation fee. Room and airfare upgrades are based upon availability, and may be made using available Mitchell’s Rewards points, or by booking directly. Flights booked directly by Mitchell’s are not reimbursable and are not upgradeable unless purchased with available Mitchell’s Rewards points. Additional guests and children are not included. Due to the nature of events during the Partners Circle trip, additional guests may affect your eligibility for excursions, meals or guest-exclusive events sponsored by Mitchell Lewis & Staver.

Mitchell’s Rewards Unlimited® points do not expire while your company is an active Partners Circle member. Unique opportunities and bonus award events are based upon availability and offered at the discretion of Mitchell Lewis & Staver Co. Points have no cash value. All other Mitchell’s Rewards rules, policies and exclusions apply.

Early Access to Promotions refers to pre-determined sales events throughout the year. Advanced Notification will be made via email before the start of any eligible promotions. Mitchell Lewis & Staver will make every reasonable effort to contact you prior to eligible promotions, and is not responsible for incorrect, redirected or filtered emails.

Dedicated Training opportunities are based upon availability and may include a combination of two (2) trainings per year.

Training is non-transferrable and may not be rolled over to a future year. Trainings must be scheduled at least 90 days in advance, subject to availability:

i.    Vendor flybacks for two (2) employees per trip
     1.    Pentair – Delevan or Fresno flyback
    2.    Goulds – Seneca Falls, Lubbock or Fresno flyback
    3.    Danfoss – Loves Park flyback
    4.    MLS – Wilsonville controls flyback

ii.    And / or onsite product training for up to 20 employees
     1.    Vendor training – onsite
    2.    Mitchell Lewis & Staver training – onsite

Vendor flybacks to Pentair, Goulds or Danfoss include hotel and airfare. Meals and transfers may not be included, subject to vendor guidelines. Flybacks to Mitchell’s Controls include hotel, airfare, meals and transfers to and from Mitchell’s Controls in Wilsonville, Oregon. All flybacks are based upon prequalification and eligibility. Onsite product training products includes one of the following per occurrence, at your discretion (based upon availability):

    •  Turbine products
    •  Water systems
    •  Electrical controls & VFDs
    •  Packaged systems
    •  Sump, Effluent & Sewage pumps and systems
    •  Industrial and light commercial pumping applications

Onsite training consists of a minimum of one product specialist, related literature and lunch for up to 20 employees over the course of one business day. Maximum of six hours training time. Additional attendees or time allotments subject to approval. Training events may be requested through your territory sales manager.
